Families Volunteering for Sparkles

Welcome Family Volunteers to Legend Sparkles!

We are so happy you have joined us.

Here are the Guidelines for Volunteering:

If you wish to assist Sparkles on the performance floor, you must attend practices and learn the routine with the Cheerleaders.
You are not required to perform with the team in order to volunteer.

Policies during competition:
Volunteers will stay with the Sparkles during all times until the Sparkles become the team in waiting to go on stage.  Sparkles Volunteers, family, and guests are allowed in the spectator area in front of the stage when the Sparkles have entered the floor and are performing ONLY.  Judges may take away points from the team if we do not follow the rules.

Additionally, Volunteers must stay with Sparkles after they exit the stage and also if Sparkles are called to a waiting area for awards.

Our parents have always been Super helpful and pitch-in where needed.  We appreciate it so much.  Each Volunteer will have one of the following jobs: carrying gift bags, fetching water, banner keeper, banner holder, carrying cheerleader necessities, coach gopher (go-for), etc.

Please be advised that the only seating available for Volunteers is the floor (sometimes the exercise floor).  You may bring your own portable chair.  If you would rather have a chair in the audience, please buy a ticket at the door ($10-$15).

Volunteers are required to have a Legend Sparkles shirt.
Volunteers names and DOB must be submitted to the volunteer roster prior to each competition.
